Temu携手1500余品牌加强知识产权保护, 全球打击假冒伪劣商品

Temu于2024年4月推出了名为“品牌守护计划”的新举措,采用了更加积极主动的方式,将商标、产品图片等重要品牌资产融入其品牌保护系统中。该系统具有自动剔除可疑商品信息的功能,同时,专门的客服团队将实时向品牌方反馈执法的进展情况。

根据Temu的官方数据,该计划上线后,已有超过1500个品牌积极参与。平台主动下架的商品数量已经超过品牌方提交举报数量的200倍,且有超过99%的处理请求能够在三个工作日内得到解决,平均响应时间更是低于24小时。

这一计划是Temu加强知识产权保护策略的重要组成部分。除了这一措施,Temu还建立了知识产权举报门户,借助算法与人工审核员相结合的方式实施全天候监控,同时加强了对卖家的审核机制。目前,Temu正在对超过5000个品牌进行监控。

According to Temu's official data, since the launch of the program, over 1,500 brands have actively participated. The number of products voluntarily removed by the platform has exceeded 200 times the number of reports submitted by the brands, and over 99% of the handling requests can be resolved within three working days, with an average response time of less than 24 hours.

This plan is an important component of Temu's strategy to strengthen intellectual property protection. In addition to this measure, Temu has established an intellectual property reporting portal, implemented round-the-clock monitoring through a combination of algorithms and human reviewers, and strengthened the review mechanism for sellers. Currently, Temu is monitoring over 5,000 brands.
